These terms govern your use of this website. If you engage MisterSK Infotech (“we”, “us”, “our”) for a project, the specific scope, pricing, timeline and deliverables for that work are set out in a separate proposal or agreement, which takes precedence over this page for that engagement.
1. Using this website
You may browse this site and use the enquiry form to contact us about a project. You agree not to misuse the site — for example, by attempting to gain unauthorised access, disrupting its operation, or scraping content for unauthorised commercial use.
2. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise credited, the content on this website — including text, design, graphics, logos and code — is owned by MisterSK Infotech or used with permission. Client project work shown in our case studies and portfolio remains the property of the respective clients; we display it to showcase our work, with permission where required.
3. Client project engagements
Enquiring through this site or booking a call does not, by itself, create a contract for services. A project begins once both parties agree on scope, pricing and terms in writing (typically a proposal, statement of work, or signed agreement). That document governs matters such as:
- Payment terms and schedule
- Project timeline and revisions
- Ownership of final deliverables on completion
- Hosting, maintenance and support after launch
- Cancellation and refund terms
4. No guarantee of results
For services such as SEO, paid advertising and digital marketing, we apply industry-standard practices in good faith, but we cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic, conversion rates or business outcomes, as these depend on factors outside our control (including search engine and ad platform algorithms).
5. Third-party platforms
Some projects involve third-party platforms and services (for example WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, Wix, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Zoho, Stripe, or automation tools). Your use of those platforms is subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for changes, outages or policy decisions made by those third parties.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, MisterSK Infotech is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our services, beyond the fees paid for the relevant engagement.
7. External links
This site may link to external sites (such as client websites, social platforms or booking tools). We are not responsible for the content or practices of sites we don’t operate.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Mohali, Punjab, unless otherwise agreed in a specific client contract.
