Developed a centralized digital platform for a multi-location restaurant operation in Dubai. The project included a responsive restaurant website, location-based ordering, menu and product management, cart and checkout, Stripe payments, table reservations, delivery-radius validation, branch-specific order management, Google Maps integration, and an admin panel for managing products, categories, locations, orders, and operating hours.
The project required replacing a primarily WordPress-based setup with a more functional ordering system while maintaining the existing restaurant's visual identity. The system needed to support five restaurant locations, ensure orders were associated with the correct branch, handle pickup and delivery separately, restrict deliveries to a 10 km radius, manage branch-specific menus and availability, and provide a practical backend for restaurant staff. The website also needed to incorporate the existing menu, location information, imagery, Google Maps locations, and operational requirements while remaining responsive across devices.
Built the platform around a centralized Bluehost VPS deployment with frontend and backend functionality integrated into the same system. Implemented a location-first ordering flow, where customers select a branch before accessing its menu, followed by pickup or delivery selection and checkout. Added Google Maps-based address validation for delivery-radius checking, Stripe and Cash on Delivery payment options, branch-specific product management, reservation functionality, and an admin workflow for order status and delivery tracking. The website design was progressively aligned with the existing Tibba Restaurant theme, with responsive Home, Gallery, Contact, Online Ordering, Location, and Location Detail pages.
The platform evolved into a multi-branch restaurant ordering system with location-based menus, delivery validation, online payments, administrative order management, product availability controls, operating-hour management, and order-status email notifications. The menu was populated with restaurant items and Arabic content, branch locations and Google Maps information were updated, and branch-specific product editing was added so availability could be controlled across individual locations.
